Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport today announced that Alaska Airlines will add Palm Springs as a non-stop destination from STS. The popular route will operate seasonally, with service commencing in October and ending in May of each calendar year. The first flight is scheduled for Oct. 26. Alaska Airlines will service Palm Springs with five weekly round-trip flights, utilizing their 76-seat Embraer 175 aircraft.
