This is the main work area for the EOC. The Operations, Planning, Logistics, and Admin Sections do most of their work in here.

This is where the EOC Director and Section Chiefs conduct briefings, planning sessions, and conference calls.

This is the area where the Public Information Officer and staff write and issue press releases and arrange for media interviews.

This hotline is staffed when the EOC is activated to answer questions regarding the emergency from the general public. This helps take the load of non-emergency calls off of the 9-1-1 dispatch center. The Emergency Public Information Hotline number is 707/565-3856.

This are is used to coordinate with all resources in the field and facilitate ordering it also allows resources to make requests and those requests are processed by importance and by responsible authority.

This is where Sonoma County Auxiliary Communications Service (ACS) volunteers coordinate all auxiliary communications in the County.
