City/Community (aka Area ID)
  Definition:

Area IDs are geographic areas within the county that were designated to minimize the occurrence of duplicate addresses within that area. The boundaries follow city limits, but do not otherwise coincide with geopolitical boundaries such as school or fire districts. A more detailed definition can be found on our Area ID map.
