Members of the public areinvited to submit comments on a storm water resources plan for the PetalumaRiver and Sonoma Creek watersheds that has identified more than 60 projectsthat will utilize storm water from heavy rainfall for beneficial uses, such asflood protection, recharge of groundwater, slowing erosion from hillsides, andimproving water quality in creeks and streams.
