The Sonoma County Department of Health Services (Department) is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Stepping Up Workgroup Planning, Coordination, and Meeting Facilitation. This RFP seeks proposals to support grant implementation and activities for a State Hospitals Planning Grant with a focus on facilitation of the Stepping Up Workgroup which works to support improvement in the systems of care and resources provided to individuals with needs at the intersection of criminal justice and behavioral health. Early Notice and Public Review of a Proposed Activity in a 100-Year Floodplain County of Sonoma

This is to give notice that Sonoma County Community Development Commission (SCCDC) as the Responsible Entity and pursuant to 24 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 58, has determined that the following Proposed Project under consideration is located within a 100-year floodplain, and that the SCCDC will be identifying and evaluating practicable alternatives to locating the action in the floodplain and the potential impacts on the floodplain from the proposed action, as required by Executive Order 11988, in accordance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations at 24 CFR 55.20 Subpart C.
