TOT and BIA Forms

These forms and documents are provided for owner-operators and property managers for properties subject to Transient Occupancy Taxes (TOT) and the Business Improvement Area (BIA) assessment.

You can now file and pay your Quarterly TOT Return online! The online filing portal can be accessed at the following the link: TOT Online Filing Portal

To file online you will need your account information and PIN which is provided by our TOT Team quarterly. If you cannot find your account number and PIN, please contact our TOT Team at tot@sonoma-county.org.
