Board of Supervisors - District 3
The 3rd Supervisorial District is bounded on the north by Steele Lane, to the east primarily by Petaluma Hill Road, to the west by a combination of roads, including S. Wright Road, Llano Road, and Highway 101, and to the south by East Cotati Ave to Sonoma State University.
The district includes central Santa Rosa, the Roseland and Moorland areas of Santa Rosa, and most of Rohnert Park east of Highway 101.

Public invited to share input on federal Coastal Management Program
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is seeking comments on a plan that could lead to the dismantling of environmental protections for California’s coast. NOAA is reviewing the Coastal Management Program, which is implemented by the California Coastal Commission, the State Coastal Conservancy and the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission.
